Child's Youth or Sm Adult Petticoat 3 Bone Hoop, WHITE Nylon, adjustable 80 to 97" circle and 34" - 37" long Steel Boning with elastic waist

This is a really nice hoop for a Young lady 12 - 16 years old or a very small adult also great for beginners and reenactors, brides, or theater costumes.
It is very light weight and easy to clean made from Polyester nylon.
The boning is removable so they can be taken it out and the fabric skirt part can be put in the wash.
Also if you don't want that many hoop you can simply remove the ones you don't want.
It is also adjustable from 80" - 97" around so you can use it with many different skirts.
Waist has elastic that will adjust from 22" to 36"
Hem length is 34" - 37" long.
